Executive Recruitment Company, Stott and May, instructed IOR to deliver a collaborative and engaging workplace. A series of ‘zones’ were created to enhance support for the company’s high-performance culture. Settings for enablement, refuelling and relaxation were created. Key considerations included efficient use of space, acoustics, expansion and adaptability, all creatively balanced against the client budget.
