The new Sky Central building stands at almost 400,000 sq ft – one of the largest agile working spaces in Europe, taking over 10 minutes to cross the floor plate.

IOR delivered the 18 neighbourhoods across 9 phases, including specification, scheduling, delivery and installation of over 3,000 workstations, bespoke partition wall systems, television Green Rooms and executive spaces; with products sourced from across Europe.

Natural finishes of European oak and moss, provide a beautiful ‘boulevard’ for people to meet and pass through, complete with bespoke desk and integrated banquette seating.

Designed to support them in what they do best, providing the most dynamic, yet comfortable and inspiring of environments. Not everyone at work gets to benefit from a quality sit-stand desk and enjoy the latest ergonomic technology of the Cosm chair - but at Livingbridge they do.

IOR was asked to unify the office and studio spaces. The architecture and texture of the original buildings has been revealed using a neutral palette of materials to capture light and inspire creativity.
